What is CPR?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breathing to help maintain blood circulation and oxygen delivery when someone has stopped breathing or is experiencing cardiac arrest.
What can I expect from the First Aid and CPR Classes?
Our instructor-led classes are designed to develop the knowledge and confidence needed to respond during a wide variety of emergency situations. You’ll learn CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants while gaining practical First Aid skills that help you care for someone until emergency medical personnel arrive.
